Santa Fe University of Art & Design

LOCATION:

SANTA FE

The Santa Fe University of Art and Design was designed by multiple architects over the years, reflecting a mix of Pueblo Revival and modernist influences. One of the key figures in shaping the campus was John Gaw Meem, an architect known for his work in New Mexico and for popularizing the Pueblo Revival style. Meem designed several buildings for the campus in the mid-20th century, incorporating traditional adobe aesthetics with modern functionality. Other additions and renovations over the years were designed by various architects, maintaining the campus’s blend of historic and contemporary design elements.
